Dr Charles Mugaviri
With over 22 years of experience in training and coaching leaders and executives across both the private and public sectors in Zimbabwe and throughout the African region, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of organizations. My local clients include major institutions such as Econet, CBZ, African Sun, RBZ, NSSA, NICOZ Diamond, TelOne, ZIMRA, BancABC, Art Corporation, Schweppes, ZiNWA, Webdev, Nissan Clover, and PRAZ. Additionally, I served as a consultant for Coach Africa, contributing to the ACBF Coaching Program for Senior Public Sector Accountants from 12 African countries. I also supervise PhD students at the International Leadership University in Kenya. As a Leadership Master Coach, I collaborate with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ), the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZiCA), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Namibia (ICAN).
I hold a certification as a Leadership Master Coach from CCF Canada and have previously served as the Africa President for CCF Canada. As an author and international professional speaker, I also serve as an ordained minister with the Methodist Church in Zimbabwe. In addition to my diverse professional work, I hold four degrees, including a PhD in Theology from Birmingham University, UK. I am married to Dr. Shingie Mugaviri, and together we are blessed with three children. I am also a trustee of Nyatsime College.
