Our Footprint
Our journey started in August 2002 when Dr Charles Mugaviri, then Senior Chaplain and Acting Dean of Students at the University of Zimbabwe conceived and birthed the LASOF Leadership Institute vision.
LASOF got registered with the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education and has trained over 10 000 leaders over the last two decades in the private and public sectors and students that include the Joshua Nkomo Scholars.
Dr Charles worked with many other leaders in developing the LASOF vision. His wife Dr Shingie was a pillar from the onset and went on to pioneer the Wisegrow Children Coaching Academy and the JABEZ Business Women Coaching Academy which are now part of the Legacy Building Coaching Group.
